HOMESCHOOL SPECIAL CLASS

Professor Michael Foley is offering a special class specifically designed as a homeschool Physical Education class.

Your kids will learn useful self-defense in a fun and safe environment. This one hour class will increase

your student's mental and physical health, focusing on basic physical health, cardio and core strength.
