Do I need gloves or wraps?
Not for your free intro if you’re just trying class—ask us what to bring. Many students pick up gloves once they stick with it.
Is this sparring or fight-team training?
This hour is bags and pads striking and conditioning. Ask the instructors if you want to know about other options as you progress.
Can kids join?
Students age 13 and up. Call or text if you’re unsure about fit for your teen.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes and muay thai shoes or bare feet as directed in class. Bring water.
